Let´s get ready for the first semifinal between Portugal and Spain!
My first thoughts goes to the 1/8 final in the last World Cup when Spain won by a clear offside goal by David Villa. Portugal played a great game against a strong Spain. In my opinion Portugal anno 2012 are better than the 2010 edition. Spain on the other hand are strong but not as strong as in 2010. I have talked about this earlier in the tournament.
Portugal won a friendly game against Spain in november 2010 (4-0). It has of course very little to do with this match but it´s worth to mention as it was the last time they met.
Portugal will probably allow the Spaniards to take control of the ball, and hit them on the counter attack. Cristiano Ronaldo´s performance is crucial for Portugal even if we shall not forget to mention Moutinho with a great Euro so far. Spain are most likely to start with Fabregas as a “fake” prima punta and will try to hit Portugal in the depth.
I believe Portugal are able to take this to injury time and advice you to bet on Portugal to draw or win (asian handicap +0,5) for prices around 2. If you can get it for prices over 2,0 it is great.
